Independent Community Statement

The CQUT Open Project is an independent non-profit open-source community maintained by students and contributors. It is not affiliated with Chongqing University of Technology or any of its administrative bodies.

The full statement above must appear in the footer, the about page, and any business flow involving campus identity. When space is limited, a short statement such as "an independent community project" with a link to this page may be used.

High-Risk Contexts

In services handling sensitive information such as unified authentication, timetables, grades, or payments, proactively disclose: who maintains the service, which fields are read, how data is stored and destroyed, and the corresponding feedback channel.

Describe technical facts objectively in the interface. For example, identity-authentication projects should accurately describe their verification logic and must not use wording that implies official authorization.

Attribution

Reprinted or adapted content must credit the original author or project name, the original link, the license, and whether modifications were made. Third-party code and assets introduced into repositories keep their original licenses and are not automatically relicensed by joining the community.

Security & Anti-Fraud Notice

Flows involving joining the team or obtaining resources must include this notice: "The CQUT Open Project is a non-profit community; all resources and membership are free, and any paid agency or charging is strictly prohibited." If you encounter impersonation, report it through the organization's public channels.
